STEEL PALLET PLATES
The Product
To guarantee pallets stay flat in service all pallets are manufactured from Reversing Mill Plates and can be cut using either plasma or oxy-gas cutting with radiused or square corners.
The Specification
All pallets are produced from Carbon Steel to the clients required Specification.
The Flatness
Special flatness tolerance of 1.5mm over the length and width of finished pallets.
Anti-Rust oil Treatment
Pallets can be treated with an anti-rust oil coating to increase production lifespan, upon request.
Thickness Range
6 to 25mm including non-standards gauges, with a guaranteed thickness tolerance of +/-0.5mm if required. Dimensional Tolerances: Length and Width +/-1.5mm, to ensure the pallets are square to within 3mm.
Sheared, with Sniped corners, or Profiled to size with radius corners.

We have a close link with a Quality Assured EU REVERSING MILL enabling us to produce competitively priced pallets with minimum scrap from ‘Tailored Plates’ supplied on short lead times.
